Some programs which full of violence and lust are harm to the teenagers. Spent too much time watching TV would also hurt the eyesight. Therefore, we should choose the TV programs which benefit to our bodies and hearts. The most important thing is not to be a couch potato.
Computer Computers play an important role in our everyday life. It can help students to hand in the homework quickly, also help people to send the information in time. As long as you turn on the computer, you will fall in love with it. However, being sure to remind yourself, do not sit in front of the computer too long. Most of parents don’t like their children depending on computers. Especially discussion of bulletin board is wasting time.
